If you have questions regarding your application for the Pa.C.P. Credential or your renewal application, please contact the Credentialing Committee Chairperson at:  CredentialingChair@keystoneparalegals.org

If you have questions regarding an appeal filed in response to denial of your Pa.C.P. application, please contact the Appeals Committee Chairperson at:  AppealsChair@keystoneparalegals.org.

Change of Address/Contact Information: The Pa.C.P. is solely responsible for keeping his/her contact information up to date. If any of your contact information should change, please forward updated contact information to the Credentialing Committee Chairperson at CredentialingChair@keystoneparalegals.org.

Name Change: If your name changes due to marriage, divorce or for any other reason, you may notify the Credentialing Committee at the time of your renewal unless you wish to request a new wallet card and/or certificate before that time.

  • If you wish to request a new wallet card, please forward the information (previous name and new name) and a copy of your official name change document (marriage certificate, time-stamped Notice to Retake Prior Surname, etc.) to the Credentialing Committee Chairperson at CredentialingChair@keystoneparalegals.org. There is no fee for requesting a new wallet card.
  • If you wish to request a new certificate with your new name, please send a letter explaining your request and enclosing a copy of your official name change document and a check in the amount of $5.00 (made payable to the Keystone Alliance) to the Keystone Alliance of Paralegal Associations, Attention: Credentialing Committee Chairperson, P.O. Box 344, Pittsburgh, PA  15230.
